I was at EGX Eurogamer recently and I got to try out this neat little indie game called Poncho. It really does deserve some more limelight as this game closely resembles, Fez, Cave story and I even misjudged it for a clone of Terraria but it's far from that.

Poncho is a puzzle platformer that allows you to shift between layers in an otherwise 2D game. You start of with this blue robot, who wakes up in a post apocalyptic world filled with overgrown ruins and other desires but in the mix of this, you are alone searching for your maker. Humanity has been extinct for centuries, leaving their robotic creations behind to fend for themselves. These robots have formed tribes and communities of their own, trying to make a way of life without purpose now their masters are gone. On your journey, you will have to make some hard choices and ultimately decide the fate of humankind. With multiple areas and paths to explore, you'll never be able to see everything in a single play through. Poncho is about making you feel like a kid again, exploring outside and looking under rocks to see what you find. There's treasure in every nook and cranny in this world, and nothing is quite as it seems... There's always more than one way to accomplish your goals.

This game is only being developed by three guys who each compose this amazing soundtrack, coding, designing and the art to form this. It's currently at £5.000 of it's £22.500 stretch goal and there are only 5 days left of there current kickstarter to fund this amazing game!

If you would like to try this out before putting Kickstarter to the test (Yes I know it can be a risk) there is an online demo of this right now!

But I believe Poncho could be another one of those game like Fez and become vastly popular.

Let's get this funded!
